O nome de um amigo do ministro Dias Toffoli, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), e ex-sócio do resort Tayayá, empreendimento em Ribeirão Claro (PR) que pertenceu à família do magistrado, foi excluído da lista de palestrantes de um evento na Alemanha que terá a presença do ministro André Mendonça, novo relator do inquérito que investiga as suspeitas de fraude do Banco Master.
Promovido pelo Instituto Diálogos Intercontinentais (DInter), o evento reunirá nomes da política e Judiciário, entre os dias 2 e 5 de março, em Frankfurt, na Alemanha. O nome de Alberto Leite (à esquerda na foto em destaque) estava entre os palestrantes confirmados, mas foi tirado da programação nesta semana.
A amizade entre Leite e Toffoli ficou conhecida desde 2024, quando o ministro assistiu à final da Champions League no estádio de Wembley, em Londres, em um camarote do empresário. Posteriormente, foi revelado que Leite foi sócio durante cinco meses do resort Tayayá, depois que os irmãos de Toffoli venderam a participação no hotel.
Em fevereiro de 2025, o empresário comprou o fundo Arleen, que na época possuía 16% do Tayayá. Antes disso, o Arleen pertencia ao fundo Leal, controlado por Fabiano Zettel, cunhado do banqueiro Daniel Vorcaro, dono do Master. Na época da compra, as suspeitas de fraude no caso Master ainda não tinham vindo à tona.
André Mendonça assumiu, neste mês, a relatoria do caso Master no lugar de Toffoli, que deixou o processo sob forte pressão após relatório da Polícia Federal (PF) apontar menções ao seu nome no celular de Vorcaro. No evento Intercontinental Dialogues, Alberto Leite, que é CEO da empresa FS Security, tinha participação prevista em um painel sobre segurança digital. No entanto, o nome dele foi retirado da programação, segundo os organizadores, devido à "incompatibilidade de agenda". A reportagem procurou Leite por meio de sua empresa, mas não obteve retorno até a publicação desta reportagem. O espaço segue aberto.
Já o ministro André Mendonça tem participação prevista no painel Limites e Funções das Supremas Cortes e sua Relação com os Parlamentos.

Presidido por Ricardo Campos, o instituto organizador do evento se qualifica como "uma plataforma de diálogo estratégico e produção de conhecimento voltada à articulação de agendas internacionais de alto nível".
