Homem que atacou ex com martelo e motosserra morre em confronto
Por volta de 10h30 desta segunda-feira, uma denúncia anônima indicou que "Papa" caminhava em direção ao centro de Esmeraldas, onde morava com a atual companheira, segurando uma foice. A Polícia Militar foi até o bairro de Formiga, onde o suspeito estava escondido desde o crime, na sexta-feira. Na altura de uma fazenda, o suspeito teria atacado os militares com a ferramenta, o que motivou os disparos por parte da polícia.
Conforme apurado por O TEMPO, ele chegou a ser socorrido pelos policiais, mas não resistiu aos ferimentos. No sábado (21/2), primeiro de buscas, ele tentou atropelar os policiais durante fuga na área rural da cidade.
Com diversos ferimentos graves, a mulher segue internada. O crime foi presenciado pela filha da vítima, de 15 anos, que também chegou a ser ferida ao tentar ajudar a mãe.
De acordo com o registro policial no dia do crime, a tentativa de feminicídio aconteceu na rua José Alberto Labuono, no bairro Conjunto Habitacional Presidente Castelo Branco, no fim da tarde de sexta. A mulher foi encontrada pelos militares deitada em uma cama, com diversos ferimentos graves e curativos improvisados.
A adolescente relatou que estava na casa da família quando o suspeito chegou em uma caminhonete branca e passou a chamar por sua mãe. Convidado para entrar, o homem teria passado a puxar a vítima pelo braço, tentando forçá-la a entrar na caminhonete. Neste momento, a mulher teria caído no chão e passou a ser agredida com socos e chutes.
De acordo com o relato da menor à PM, assustada, ela saiu correndo pela rua para chamar sua tia, que mora no mesmo conjunto habitacional e, ao retornar, encontraram a vítima sendo agredida ainda mais violentamente, agora, com o uso de um martelo e da motosserra.
Neste momento, ao tentar retirar a ferramenta usada para cortar árvores da mão do suspeito, a garota acabou sofrendo um ferimento nos dedos. Diante dos gritos de socorro das testemunhas, o suspeito entrou na caminhonete e fugiu do local. Apesar do intenso rastreamento, inclusive com uso de um helicóptero da PM, o suspeito só foi localizado nesta segunda.
Vítima tinha medida protetiva
Familiares relataram aos policiais que a mulher tinha medida protetiva contra o autor do ataque, que fugiu levando com ele as armas usadas na tentativa de feminicídio.
Após ser resgatada pelo Samu para o Hospital 25 de março, em Esmeraldas, foi constatado que a mulher sofreu um grande número de ferimentos graves decorrentes das agressões. Entre as lesões estão um ferimento na face, provocado pelo martelo, uma fratura exposta e vários cortes profundos no tórax causados pela motosserra, além de vários outros ferimentos por todo o corpo.
A perícia da Polícia Civil foi acionada e fez os levantamentos iniciais no local do crime.
