Governo abre mão de preferência e libera J&F para assumir fatia da Eletronuclear | InvestNews
Pelo acordo de acionistas, a ENBPar, estatal que representa a União na Eletronuclear, tinha até 13 de fevereiro para tomar uma decisão. A renúncia foi apresentada na Axia na semana passada, informou o Valor. Com a decisão, a J&F poderá concluir a compra da participação minoritária detida pela Axia na operadora das usinas nucleares de Angra.
O contrato foi assinado em 14 de outubro de 2025 por R$ 535 milhões, envolvendo 67,95% do capital total da Eletronuclear – equivalentes a 35,9% das ações ordinárias e 99,9% das preferenciais –, operação que foi aprovada pelo Cade em dezembro.
O acordo também prevê a subscrição de R$ 2,4 bilhões em debêntures em favor da Eletronuclear, recursos considerados importantes para aliviar a situação financeira da estatal, que afirma ter caixa até março.
