Deputados aprovam criação de 2 mil cargos para a Seduc no CE
A Assembleia Legislativa do Estado do Ceará (Alece) aprovou, nesta terça-feira, 24, o projeto de lei 09/26, de autoria do Poder Executivo, que cria dois mil cargos públicos efetivos de profissional de nível superior do Grupo Ocupacional Magistério da Educação Básica (MAG), na Secretaria da Educação (Seduc).
O projeto tramitou em regime de urgência e a votação ocorreu de forma simbólica. As vagas serão destinadas para concurso público a ser realizado ainda em 2026, conforme o governador Elmano de Freitas (PT) havia anunciado na abertura dos trabalhos legislativos.
Na mensagem assinada pelo governo, destaca-se que a criação dos cargos atende a uma necessidade de recomposição e ampliação do quadro de profissionais do magistério da educação básica.
"Medida indispensável à manutenção da qualidade do ensino, para a adequada implementação das políticas educacionais em curso e para atendimento às crescentes demandas da rede pública estadual. Trata-se, portanto, de providência que contribui diretamente para a valorização dos profissionais e para o aprimoramento da prestação do serviço educacional à população", aponta.
Além disso, a proposição cria 105 cargos de Direção e Assessoramento Superior. O texto seguirá para sanção do governador Elmano.
Criação de cargos efetivos de perito criminal
Ainda na sessão desta terça-feira, a Alece também aprovou o projeto 10/26, também do Governo, que cria oito cargos efetivos de perito criminal para a Perícia Forense do Ceará (Pefoce).
A justificativa cita a ampliação da capacidade operacional do órgão, modernizando fluxos de trabalho, otimizando a produção de laudos e aprimorando a resposta estatal às demandas da persecução penal.
