O governador do Ceará, Elmano de Freitas (PT), esteve reunido nesta terça-feira, 24, com o ministro dos Transportes, Renan Filho, em Brasilía, para tratar das duplicações da BR-222 e da BR-020. Conforme gestor cearense, acordo de cooperação teve avanço e obras devem ser iniciadas "em breve".

"Entregaremos a BR-222 até a entrada do Porto do Pecém. E teremos também novas notícias para a própria BR-222 e para a BR-020. Estamos juntos com o governo do presidente Lula para melhorar o Ceará cada vez mais", anunciou ainda o chefe do Executivo Estadual, em publicação feita nas redes sociais.
