Um homem de 38 anos foi preso preventivamente, na manhã desta terça-feira (24), suspeito de envolvimento em uma tentativa de homicídio ocorrida em agosto do ano passado, no município de São Paulo de Olivença, interior do Amazonas. O comparsa dele já havia sido preso.
Conforme as investigações do delegado Igor Nunes, titular da 52ª Delegacia Interativa de Polícia (DIP), o crime foi registrado no dia 13 de agosto de 2025, em uma feira da cidade, a vítima, um homem de 35 anos, foi atacada ao tentar socorrer uma terceira pessoa.
"A vítima passava pelo local quando observou um homem sendo agredido com uma faca por dois suspeitos e tentou impedir que eles continuassem. Entretanto, diante de sua conduta, os autores proferiram ameaças a ele e desferiram dois golpes com a arma branca contra seu corpo", detalhou o delegado.
Após o ataque, a vítima conseguiu fugir e receber atendimento médico. O delegado Igor Nunes explicou que, desde o registro do boletim de ocorrência, a equipe de investigação trabalhava para localizar os responsáveis. Um dos envolvidos já havia sido detido anteriormente, e as diligências focaram na captura do comparsa.
A prisão ocorreu na Feira da Tampa, local que, segundo o titular da 52ª DIP, recebe monitoramento constante das equipes de segurança. O suspeito não ofereceu resistência no momento da abordagem. O homem de 38 anos responderá pelo crime de tentativa de homicídio.
