Caso Marielle e Anderson: STF condena irmãos Brazão a 76 anos
Confira a pena dos culpados por mandar matar Marielle Franco e Anderson Gomes
Domingos Brazão, conselheiro do Tribunal de Contas do Rio de Janeiro (TCE-RJ), e Chiquinho Brazão, ex-deputado federal, foram condenados a 76 anos e três meses pelos crimes de organização criminosa, duplo homicídio e tentativa de homicídio contra Fernanda Chaves, assessora de Marielle, que sobreviveu ao atentado.
Eles estão presos preventivamente há dois anos e podem recorrer da condenação.
Rivaldo Barbosa, ex-chefe da Polícia Civil do Rio de Janeiro, recebeu pena de 18 anos de prisão pelos crimes de obstrução de Justiça e corrupção. Apesar de ter sido denunciado pelos homicídios de Marielle e Anderson, Barbosa foi absolvido dessa acusação.
Ronald Alves de Paula, major da Policia Militar, recebeu pena de 56 anos de prisão. Robson Calixto, ex-policial militar, foi condenado a 9 anos.
Perda dos cargos
Pela decisão, os acusados também devem perder os cargos públicos após o trânsito em julgado da condenação, ou seja, após o fim da possibilidade de recursos.
Indenização
Todos dos condenados também deverão pagar indenização de R$ 7 milhões por danos morais, sendo R$ 1 milhão para Fernanda Chaves, R$ 3 milhões aos familiares de Marielle e mais R$ 3 milhões para a família de Anderson Gomes.
