Por meio do projeto de verificação de notícias, usuários do Facebook solicitaram que esse material fosse analisado. Confira a seguir o trabalho de verificação da Lupa:

A Receita Federal não solicita pagamentos por telefone, e-mail ou mensagens. Trata-se de um golpe que induz usuários a fazerem pagamentos via Pix para criminosos.
Em nota, o órgão reforçou que todos os documentos de arrecadação, como o Documento de Arrecadação de Receitas Federais (DARF) e o Documento de Arrecadação do Simples Nacional (DAS), são gerados exclusivamente pelos meios oficiais, disponíveis no site da própria Receita.
A mensagem fraudulenta usa o nome, o CPF e informações de contato para simular cobranças da Receita e roubar contribuintes. O site indicado para a suposta regularização do débito usa um endereço falso, com final ".digital", e não "gov.br", como são as páginas autênticas do governo.
Após indicar o CPF, o usuário é levado a uma outra página que descreve nome, idade, CPF e data de nascimento e, enganosamente, informa que a situação cadastral é irregular. Ao clicar em "regularizar", a vítima é direcionada para uma página de pagamento via Pix.
Como já explicado, todos os comunicados oficiais sobre débitos ou pendências são feitos exclusivamente pelo portal da Receita Federal, mediante consulta feita pelo próprio cidadão.
