Justiça bloqueia ações do BRB detidas por investigados no caso Master
Pela decisão, também fica impedido o uso desses ativos no processo do banco liquidado pelo BC
A Justiça do Distrito Federal concedeu tutela de urgência para o bloqueio de ações do Banco de Brasília (BRB) detidas por investigados no caso do Banco Master, de Daniel Vorcaro.
Em fato relevante publicado na noite desta quinta-feira, 26, o BRB afirma que a decisão, em caráter liminar, determina "o bloqueio e arresto das ações do BRB detidas pelos indivíduos ligados a Operação 'Compliance Zero', determinando, ainda, a ciência pelos agentes de custódia para que impeçam a alienação dos referidos ativos".

Na última terça-feira, 24, o governador do Distrito Federal, Ibaneis Rocha (MDB-DF), protocolou um projeto de lei na Câmara Legislativa distrital para realizar um aporte de até 6,6 bilhões de reais no BRB com o uso de empréstimos do Fundo Garantidor de Crédito (FGC) e outras instituições financeiras.
