O ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), determinou a prisão definitiva de seis kids pretos e um agente da Polícia Federal que foram condenados pela trama golpista ocorrida durante o governo de Jair Bolsonaro.
Eles fazem parte do Núcleo 3 da acusação de golpe de Estado e foram denunciados por planejar ações táticas para sequestrar e matar Moraes, o vice-presidente Geraldo Alckmin, e o presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, em 2022.
As prisões foram determinadas após o fim do processo e da possibilidade de apresentação de recursos.
No mês passado, a Primeira Turma do Supremo negou os últimos recursos apresentados pelos réus. Nesta semana, o acórdão do julgamento foi publicado, e o ministro determinou a execução das penas.
