O governo não fez qualquer comunicado pedindo que jovens se alistem "imediatamente" no Exército. A Secretaria de Comunicação da Presidência da República (Secom) afirmou que a afirmação é falsa. "A informação é falsa. Não houve nenhuma declaração do presidente nesse sentido, conforme é possível checar nos canais oficiais", disse a Secom.
A desinformação passou a ser compartilhada em meio ao conflito no Oriente Médio, entre Estados Unidos, Israel e Irã. O governo brasileiro afirma defender o "diálogo e a negociação diplomática" para a resolução do conflito.
No comunicado enviado à Lupa, a Secom também encaminhou uma nota publicada pelo Ministério das Relações Exteriores no dia 28 do mês passado. "O Brasil apela a todas as partes que respeitem o Direito Internacional e exerçam máxima contenção, de maneira a evitar a escalada de hostilidades e a assegurar a proteção de civis e da infraestrutura civil", afirma o comunicado.
Alistamento militar
O Exército Brasileiro afirmou que o alistamento militar não teve qualquer mudança e segue normalmente. O processo ocorre todos os anos e integra o cronograma regular do Serviço Militar Inicial.
"O Exército Brasileiro esclarece que o alistamento para o serviço militar inicial está sendo realizado normalmente, de acordo com o previsto no Plano Geral de Convocação para o Serviço Militar Inicial, de autoria do Ministério da Defesa, e diretrizes correlatas", informou a instituição em nota enviada à Lupa.
O alistamento está aberto e é obrigatorio para pessoas do sexo masculino. Pessoas do sexo feminino não são obrigadas, mas podem se alistar.
