Pai é preso por estuprar próprio filho após criança revelar traição

Um homem foi preso suspeito de abusar sexualmente do próprio filho, que tinha 5 anos na época do crime, ocorrido em Rio de Janeiro. Segundo a Polícia Civil do Rio de Janeiro, o crime teria sido cometido como forma de retaliação após a criança contar à mãe que o pai mantinha um relacionamento extraconjugal.
O suspeito foi localizado e capturado no bairro de Guaratiba, na Zona Oeste da capital fluminense. Ele estava foragido da Justiça após ter sido condenado pelo crime de estupro de vulnerável.
Crime aconteceu em 2014
De acordo com as investigações, o caso ocorreu em 2014, no bairro de Paciência.bSegundo a polícia, no dia anterior ao crime, o menino acompanhou o pai durante o trabalho. Na ocasião, o homem teria buscado uma mulher com quem mantinha um relacionamento extraconjugal e orientou o filho a não contar o fato para a mãe.
No entanto, ao retornar para casa, a criança revelou o ocorrido à mãe. A partir disso, conforme apontam as investigações, o homem teria cometido a violência sexual contra o filho como forma de punição.

Ainda segundo a apuração policial, o abuso foi presenciado pelo irmão gêmeo da vítima. O menino relatou que o pai teria dito que aquilo estava acontecendo para que o irmão "parasse de ser fofoqueiro".
Após tomar conhecimento da situação, a mãe das crianças procurou ajuda e registrou a ocorrência junto à polícia, o que deu início às investigações.
A mulher também relatou que o suspeito costumava demonstrar comportamento agressivo em relação ao filho, chegando a utilizar expressões ofensivas e depreciativas contra a criança.
Foragido foi localizado pela polícia
Após trabalhos de inteligência e monitoramento, agentes da 24ª Delegacia de Polícia de Piedade conseguiram localizar o homem em Guaratiba.
Ele foi preso e permanece à disposição da Justiça para o cumprimento da pena.
