Mendonça manda retirar conteúdo do celular de Vorcaro da sala-cofre da CPI do INSS
O ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) André Mendonça determinou, nesta segunda-feira, que nenhum integrante da CPMI do INSS tenha acesso ao material armazenado em uma sala-cofre da comissão contendo equipamentos e documentos apreendidos do investigado Daniel Bueno Vorcaro, no âmbito da Operação Compliance Zero. O ministro também determinou que a Polícia Federal retire os equipamentos armazenados no local.
Na decisão, Mendonça afirma que a medida é necessária para preservar o sigilo de aspectos da vida privada do investigado. Com isso, o conteúdo reunido pela comissão parlamentar ficará temporariamente inacessível até que seja feita uma análise mais detalhada dos dados.
Ao determinar que a Polícia Federal retire os equipamentos armazenados no local, em colaboração com a presidência da CPMI, Mendonça determina que seja feita uma nova triagem do material apreendido.
