Cogna (COGN3) distribuirá cerca de R$ 3,17 por ação após leilão de frações na B3 – Money Times
A Cogna Educação (COGN3) informou nesta segunda-feira (16) que distribuirá aos acionistas cerca de R$ 3,17 por ação após o leilão de frações de papéis resultantes da bonificação aprovada pelo conselho de administração em dezembro de 2025.
No leilão, realizado em 9 de março de 2026 na B3, com intermediação da Itaú Corretora, foram vendidas 20,8 mil ações ordinárias.
Segundo a companhia, os recursos obtidos serão creditados proporcionalmente aos titulares das frações em 23 de março de 2026.
Os valores serão depositados diretamente na conta corrente dos acionistas com ações no escriturador da companhia ou repassados pelos agentes de custódia para investidores com papéis na Central Depositária da B3. Nos demais casos, os recursos ficarão disponíveis na companhia para recebimento mediante verificação cadastral.
Na semana passada, a Cogna informou que registrou lucro líquido de R$ 220 milhões no quarto trimestre de 2025, queda relevante em relação ao lucro de R$ 925,8 milhões no mesmo período de 2024.
Segundo a companhia, o resultado foi impactado por efeitos não recorrentes registrados no ano anterior, principalmente reversões de contingências tributárias relacionadas a processos de imposto de renda sobre ágio, anotadas na linha do resultado financeiro.
