PT aciona TSE contra Flávio e Carlos Bolsonaro por fake news e campanha antecipada
Em publicações nas redes sociais, os filhos do ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro (PL) tentam associar Lula (PT) e lideranças petistas ao crime organizado
O PT ingressou com ação no Tribunal Superior Eleitoral contra o senador Flávio Bolsonaro e o ex-vereador Carlos Bolsonaro, ambos do PL. O partido acusa os filhos do ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro (PL) de propaganda eleitoral antecipada e fake news contra o presidente Lula (PT) nas redes sociais.
Em petição encaminhada à Corte nesta segunda-feira 13, a legenda aponta ao menos três vídeos publicados no Instagram dos bolsonaristas que tentam associar o mandatário e lideranças petistas, a exemplo da ministra da Secretaria de Relações Institucionais Gleisi Hoffmann, ao crime organizado. Segundo essas publicações, Lula estaria atuando para "proteger" organizações como o Primeiro Comando da Capital, o PCC.
Um desses materiais, conforme explicou o PT ao TSE, é construído com base em áudio de uma ligação de 2019 que já foi analisada pela Justiça Eleitoral e o próprio órgão decidiu anteriormente que o material não comprova qualquer ligação entre o PT e organizações criminosas.
Outro post teria sido confeccionado com ajuda de ferramentas de inteligência artificial. "Trata-se de uma tentativa deliberada de manipular a opinião pública e degradar adversários políticos antes mesmo do início oficial do período eleitoral", argumentou a sigla, que pede a remoção dos vídeos em 24 horas.
A ação ainda solicita a aplicação de multa contra os responsáveis pela divulgação das publicações. Pela legislação brasileira, a propaganda eleitoral só é permitida a partir de 16 de agosto do ano da eleição.
