Moraes mantém prisão de desembargador suspeito de vazar operações contra o CV
O ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) Alexandre de Moraes determinou, nesta segunda-feira (16), a manutenção da prisão preventiva do desembargador federal Macário Ramos Júdice Neto. Ele é acusado pela Procuradoria-Geral da República (PGR) de vazar informações sobre operações policiais contra integrantes do Comando Vermelho. O magistrado está preso desde dezembro de 2025.
Além da prisão, Moraes manteve medidas cautelares contra o deputado estadual licenciado e ex-presidente da Assembleia Legislativa do Rio de Janeiro (Alerj) Rodrigo Bacellar (União-RJ) e o ex-deputado estadual TH Joias. O presidente em exercício da Alerj, Guilherme Delaroli (PL), será notificado sobre os achados da Polícia Federal (PF). Quanto a Júdice Neto, será enviado um ofício à Corregedoria do Tribunal Regional Federal da 2ª Região (TRF2).

Moraes justificou a medida mais dura em relação ao desembargador dizendo que ela é necessária "diante das circunstâncias do caso concreto".
TH Joias, Jéssica, Thárcio e Bacellar são acusados de obstrução de investigação de organização criminosa. Júdice Neto foi indiciado por violação de sigilo funcional. Thárcio ainda responderá à acusação de favorecimento pessoal.
