Caso Alice: PC indicia 14 pessoas pela morte da criança de seis anos na Serra
A Polícia Civil do Espírito Santo concluiu a investigação sobre a morte da menina Alice Rodrigues, de seis anos, e indiciou quatorze pessoas por participação no caso. Nove delas estão presas e cinco se encontram foragidas. A menina foi assassinada em 24 de agosto de 2025, em Balneário de Carapebus, na Serra, quando o carro em que estava com os pais foi alvo de tiros enquanto voltavam da praia.
Conforme o chefe do Departamento Especializado de Homicídios e Proteção à Pessoa (DHPP) da Serra, delegado Rodrigo Sandi Mori, o responsável por arquitetar o ataque foi Luiz Fernando de Jesus Santos Brum, de 36 anos. A informação foi compartilhada em atendimento à imprensa em janeiro deste ano, logo após Luiz ser preso em uma operação no município serrano.
À época do crime, o secretário de Estado da Segurança Pública e Defesa Social, Leonardo Damasceno, disse que o ataque que vitimou a criança tinha como alvo integrantes do Terceiro Comando Puro (TCP) e aconteceu a mando do Primeiro Comando de Vitória (PCV), facção que Luiz integrava. Porém, um olheiro do PCV confundiu o veículo atingido com um que seria de um integrante do TCP. Mais detalhes serão compartilhados em coletiva de imprensa, nesta terça-feira (16).
