Mônica Bergamo: Lulinha diz a Mendonça que voltará ao Brasil para depor e defesa já não vê risco de prisão

A comunicação foi feita pelo advogado Marco Aurélio de Carvalho em audiência com o magistrado na semana passada. Ele é conselheiro jurídico de Lulinha, como Fábio Luís é conhecido.
Com isso, o advogado acredita que está afastado qualquer risco de prisão do filho do presidente, já que ele está se colocando voluntariamente à disposição da Justiça.
"Fizemos isso de forma espontânea para esclarecer, de forma efetiva, toda e qualquer dúvida. Reiteramos também a confiança na condução serena do ministro André Mendonça", diz o advogado.
Como revelou a coluna, a PF (Polícia Federal) chegou a discutir internamente a possibilidade de apresentar a Mendonça um pedido para que Lulinha fosse preso no âmbito das investigações de irregularidades do INSS.
A iniciativa dividiu a corporação, que acabou fazendo apenas um pedido para a quebra dos sigilos bancário, fiscal e telemático do empresário.
A justificativa seria o fato de o filho do presidente ter se mudado do país, passando a morar na Espanha. Carvalho afirma que ele já planejava morar naquele país em 2024, antes portanto que seu nome aparecesse ligado ao empresário Antônio Camilo Antunes, que a imprensa chama de "Careca do INSS"
"Fábio Luís já explicou os fatos todos. A quebra de seu sigilo bancário provou que não há qualquer envolvimento dele com o escândalo do INSS. A viagem que fez para Portugal [com Camilo Antunes e que seria apenas para conhecer um projeto de canabidiol medicinal] também já foi explicada", segue o advogado.
Na segunda (16), a defesa protocolou uma petição no STF com as explicações.
O ministro André Mendonça ainda não marcou data para um depoimento de Lulinha, e nem disse se ele será de fato necessário.
