A Assembleia Legislativa de Pernambuco (Alepe) tem previsão de voltar a discutir, nesta quarta-feira (8), a redação final do Projeto de Lei que trata da margem de remanejamento de recursos da Lei Orçamentária Anual (LOA) de 2026.

A pauta poderá ser incluída na Ordem do Dia pelo presidente da Casa, Álvaro Porto (MDB), mas a votação ainda depende da presença da bancada governista.

Isso porque, na semana passada, deputados da base do governo deixaram o plenário e impediram a votação por falta de quórum, já que a governadora Raquel Lyra pede que o Executivo tenha autorização para remanejar até 20% dos recursos sem precisar de aval prévio da Alepe.

A oposição aprovou, no entanto, na Comissão de Finanças, Orçamento e Tributação (CFOT), o limite de 10%, porcentagem apresentada pelo relator Diogo Moraes (PSB).

Na última semana, os deputados mantiveram o veto da governadora e aprovaram a LOA 2026 sem qualquer margem automática de remanejamento. Com isso, o governo estadual poderá passar a enfrentar dificuldades para ajustar o orçamento.

O projeto com o percentual de 20% de remanejamento chegou a ser aprovado na CFOT, mas a primeira votação foi anulada pela Mesa Diretora da Assembleia Legislativa de Pernambuco, sob a justificativa de que não estava prevista na Ordem do Dia.
