Among those charged are two former STJ staff members: Márcio José Toledo Pinto, who worked in Minister Nancy Andrighi's office, and Daimler Alberto de Campos, former chief of staff to Minister Isabel Gallotti. Also charged are businessman Andreson de Oliveira Gonçalves (identified as the main coordinator), lawyer Mirian Ribeiro Rodrigues de Mello Gonçalves, plus financial operators and beneficiaries of the negotiated decisions.
