"It's an impressive story that basically, with the exception of Nicaragua, Cuba, obviously Venezuela, which continues to have some challenges, and of course Brazil, although they are in the middle of an electoral cycle," Rubio declared while assessing the hemispheric scenario. The secretary stated that the United States now has "a coalition of friendly countries" in the region, but excluded Brazil from that list.
