The Michelin Guide announced on Monday (13th) that two Brazilian restaurants received three stars for the first time. Tuju, by Ivan Ralston, and Evvai, by Luiz Filipe Souza, both in São Paulo, became the first establishments with the guide's highest rating in Latin America.

The Michelin Guide is one of the most respected seals of excellence in the global gastronomy sector, awarding up to three stars to restaurants based on criteria such as ingredient quality and technical mastery. Until now, no restaurant in Latin America had achieved the maximum rating of three stars from the French guide.
